The Bluebeard began as an artisanal hearth bakery, that expanded into a restaurant with a craft cocktail bar. In 2012 the Bluebeard was a semi-finalist for the James Beard Award for best restaurant in America! Original drinks have the most real estate on the cocktail menu. These craft cocktails are well thought and balanced.
