C3 is an a gastropub in Bloomington. C3 isn’t downtown or in any of the more established commercial areas but rather in a Renwick Village, a small planned residential neighborhood with a few shops. It is a hidden gem. Bar manager Nick Mateo has produced an outstanding menu of craft cocktails and is regularly seen behind the bar slipping in a litter craft flair when nobody is looking.
